However, bear in mind your safety as there is no trainer there to guide you. We do not recommend forgoing weights altogether however, to avoid any mishaps, take it slow and steady. Watch your form and gradually increase the levels.

Think about the body first

Listen to your body. There is nothing wrong with working out every day. It’s a good habit. However, don't make the following mistakes. One, repeating the same workout every day. Your body naturally adjusts to the workload so, over time, you see a plateau in results. Vary your daily workouts to involve different activities, intensities, and lengths to keep your body guessing. Rest days can be beneficial. If you had an intense workout on certain muscles, it is advisable to rest a day or two before working on the same muscles again. You always want to allow time for the body to recover but not too long that you lose any gains you have made. Lastly, don’t work out more simply to compensate for overeating.

Try new things but do it carefully

This is the best time to experiment with new workouts. Always practicing yoga and in need of a change? Maybe try weights or pilates or dance fitness workouts. This is the best time to do so. There has probably never been a better time to get access to so many different types of exercises and workouts. Just remember, you don’t have a live trainer so be careful when you experiment. Don’t let it be a reason for you to twist your ankle unnecessarily.
